To meet the industry pain point of frequent adjustment of production dimensions, the EMR series hot melt adhesive spray gun stands out with innovative design, providing efficient bonding solutions for packaging, electronic assembly, and box pasting manufacturing scenarios. Lightweight design makes operation and installation more convenient, especially suitable for mobile production lines and small spaces. The module of the spray gun can be used for "independent/synchronous" dual spraying mode. When controlled independently, it can accurately locate micro glue points and adapt to both spraying points and strip spraying simultaneously. In synchronous mode, multiple nozzles work together, and one gun can swing to support multiple specifications of nozzles. The width of the glue strip (10-36mm) can be adjusted in real time by rotating the module. The spray gun is equipped with a built-in 304 stainless steel filter to prevent impurities from blocking and ensure stable glue dispensing.
